Step Ups - how to maximise results 

When performing step ups the leg on the bench should be doing most of the work. Many people try and cheat and use the bottom leg too much. To stop this simply curl the toes on the bottom foot upwards, and this will result in you overloading the correct muscles.

Although the step up is a great exercise, we prefer the squat. You will see how to do this exercise properly in one of the first podcasts being released soon!
